Baked & Shipped Fresh From Our Kitchen
Orders placed by 2PM EST, Monday-Wednesday will be baked fresh & shipped that same day. Orders placed on Thursday by 2PM will be baked fresh and shipped that day IF the ship to address is within a 1 day delivery zone from our bakery (https://www.ups.com/maps/results?loc=en_US). If the ship to address is in a 2 day or longer delivery zone, we will bake fresh and ship on the following Monday. In the event the following Monday is a holiday or a day the store is closed, the order will be baked fresh & shipped on Tuesday.
This policy helps reduce the probability of having your cookies sit in a transport trailer over the weekend, not moving, in a non-climate controlled environment. We want your cookies to arrive as fresh & tasty as possible, and we are sure you do too. Thanks.
Shipping Information
The correct address is VERY important. Please check the address carefully to ensure timely delivery. Street addresses are required by most package delivery companies. Only the Post Office will deliver to PO Box #’s. We are not responsible for undeliverable shipments due to bad addresses.
We ship anywhere in the United States and to U.S.military bases & embassies across the world

If shipping to dorm rooms, hospitals, assisted living facilities, etc… it is the responsibility of the receiving department at the facility to deliver the package. This may result in delayed delivery to the recipient since most departments do not guarantee a specific delivery time.
All items are subject to availability. In an effort to ensure that your cookies arrive on time, we reserve the right to substitute a flavor or packaging if the inventory for a requested flavor or packaging is depleted.
Delivery dates can be affected by bad weather conditions, labor disputes out of our control, the transportation company, etc.
If you need your cookies guaranteed to arrive on a specific day then Overnight Shipping should be used.
